ICE CREAM SHIPPING

Frozen goods are shipped via UPS with flat-rate shipping arriving 1 to 2 days after being shipped, depending on the shipping destination. We do our best to ship your order out within 5 business days, however there may be some delay during holidays and sales. 
While we do our best to always ship orders as fast as possible, timelines may be extended due to weather, demand and other unforeseen events.
If you have a preference in ship date, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 
You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is on it’s way to you. 
Please note, we do not ship ice cream on weekends. 

Not at this time. BUT we are working on ways to get Big Shane’s to you, no matter where you are and will keep you updated along the way.

No, unfortunately, we do not accept returns on frozen goods. 

Merchandise will ship separately from ice cream and you will receive a confirmation email when it has shipped.

 US MERCH SHIPPING

Shipping rates are determined by the size of your order to anywhere in the us. We send all items via first class or priority mail via usps (you can choose a rate at checkout). Once your items have shipped you'll receive a tracking number so you know when to expect it. Items ship out within 2-3  business days unless otherwise specified. 

Sorry, but we don't accept returned goods right now, but if you need a different size, we can fix that depending on stock availability.

We’re finally able to ship some of our goodies across the atlantic and all the way around. Whoooo! 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and you can track your swag all the way from new york to overseas.  Items ship out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified.
